This Refund & Service Policy explains when fees paid to GLOBAL RESIDENCY GROUP may or may not be refundable. Due to the nature of legal, real estate, and government-related services, certain limitations apply.

Service Fees

The following are non-refundable:

Consultation fees

Assessment fees

Administrative and processing fees

Fees paid to independent legal or immigration partners (subject to their own policies)

Property Payments

Payments made directly to:

Property developers

Sellers

Escrow accounts

are subject to the individual refund or cancellation policies of those third parties.

When Refunds May Apply

Refunds may be considered only under specific circumstances:

Duplicate or accidental payments

Internal errors preventing a service from being delivered

A written cancellation clause included in a signed agreement

No Refunds For

Government or embassy fees

Legal fees paid to third-party attorneys

Completed consultations or delivered services

Any documentation work already performed
